This is ridiculous. Michael Flynn resigned after three weeks of being the national security adviser – he was the national security adviser, and he was “potentially vulnerable to blackmail by the Russians”. And now, the House Oversight Committee and House Judiciary Committee are calling for an investigation….into the leaking of information about these issues.

Let’s be clear here; they’re not calling for an investigation into what our national security adviser said, or when. They’re not interested in finding out whether “the Kremlin has ears inside the SITROOM“. They want to know how the public got hold of the information.

This is intolerable. Our country cannot be allowed to be infiltrated by another nation.

Time to start shouting again

Time for a short call or letter/postcard to your U.S. Representatives.

Call script:

Hi, my name is [name], and I’m your constituent from [where you live]. I am extremely concerned about the President’s possible ties to Russia, especially considering the recent revelations about Michael Flynn. I expect [congressperson name] to strongly support and speak out for an investigation into these ties.

Postcard script:

Please work for and announce your support for a thorough investigation into the executive branch’s ties to Russia! It’s absolutely VITAL.

I believe Senator John Cornyn has already spoken out in favor of a full investigation – unlike the House Oversight and Judiciary Committees, which is currently interested only in the LEAKS. It’s stunning that any American could overlook the potential national security disaster underway in favor of absolutely anything else.

This is one of THE major milestones in history, I believe. Please stay vociferously on the right side.
